Boys and Girls ages 6 to 18

FALL 2015 Academy to start September 6, 2015

Youth Academy:  Ages 6 to 8 and 9 to 12 years
Modified/High School Academy: Ages 13 to 18 years
SUNDAYS  3:00pm to 4:00pm (starts 9/6/15)
Cost:  $168 for 12 weeks

Training will consist of mostly technical drills (a lot of touches) and will be based on circuit training

• dribbling
• receiving
• turning
• shooting
• passing
• position specific training
• individual vs team attacking
• tactical overview
